"He is Risen, He is Risen, indeed!"

    With those words, so began our Easter Sunday morning, April 16th, celebration of the Resurrection of Our Lord. During the service we rejoiced with Nozomi and Konika at their baptisms, followed by a confirmation ceremony for Nozomi and Nomena.
    Special music for the service included Chris H. (percussion) and Sean F. (trumpet) playing several numbers together; the PARANY'S GROUP singing "He Manolo-tena" (I Commit Myself to the Lord) in Malagasy; and Nahoko, Yasuko and Keiko singing "Cold December Flies Away," accompanied by Thomas W. on the guitar. And of course our pipe organ beautifully lead us while we in sang "Alleluia!"
    After the service, an EASTER BRUNCH was held down the hall in the fellowship area. Following a short presentation of gifts to the guests of honor and a good-bye hug for Pastor Tom, lots of finger foods and Easter goodies were enjoyed.
