Travus and I spent a couple weekends up at Fujiten resort on the slopes of Mt. Fuji. Pretty child friendly resort, and a very convienent 1.5 hours from our house in Tokyo. Granted it ain't Niseko or Naeba, but certainly good enough for getting Travus out on the slopes for a few hours. Good food and onsens nearby make for the perfect day trip.
