Shijo-Tsushin/ENGLISH HOMEPAGE is the online arm of Shijo-Tshushin. It's a nonprofit self-help organization founded by Atsushi Furuiye and Tomoko Ohyama and among other things provides a forum where Japanese with multicultural backgrounds can express their experiences and views. is Japan's 24-hour multilingual emergency
helpline and will attempt to find any appropriate help for any kind
of emergency and try to assist callers by phone or over the Internet.

a Multicultural Japan is a nonprofit organization working to
promote the welfare and legal rights of non-Japanese people married
to Japanese nationals and other permanent residents of Japan. Lots of
interesting and informative articles and is also an excellent source
of information regarding immigration and legal rights issues.
