Opening Links in New Windows

First, make sure you understand this:
Look at the title of this page. The title is "Opening in new windows."

Now look at your "Start" bar. It is usually at the bottom of your screen. If you have a Japanese operating system, it looks like this:
Start (Japanese)

If you have an English operating system, your "Start" bar probably looks like this:
Start (English)

Important point: You can see the title of this page in the "Start" bar, too.
After you understand that, go to the next page.
