When we want to tell someone our e-mail address, what do we say? Let's have
another look at a typical Aso student's e-mail address:
985555@asojuku.ac.jp
Here's how we say each part:
If there are words in the address, you can say the words. If not, you spell them.
For numbers, you read each number separately.
asojuku =
say "Aso Juku"
ac = say "A, C"
985555 = say "nine, eight,
five, five, five, five"
@ means "at". Say "at"
The "." is a period. Say "dot".
So, for 985555@asojuku.ac.jp say 9, 8,
5, 5, 5, 5 at Aso Juku dot A,
