What does "cc" mean?

    As you know, when you send mail to someone, you can type their e-mail address in the "To:" box. There's another box for "Cc:".

    CC means carbon copy. (picture text)

    Language use: You can use cc as a verb, for example:
      Please cc the message to me.
      I sent you an e-mail and I cc'd a copy to your boss.
