These notes were constructed as the first semester of the 1997 course progressed.
I would like this on-line course to be as useful as possible to classroom teachers
(and myself, next time around), and I feel the most useful documents to see would
be plans which have actually worked, or plans which have not worked, plus
some possible reasons for their failure. These pages are that record.
