This picture is from Amazon.co.jp, but you can get these in any electronics shop. Check your phone manual to see what your maximum limit is for memory. Mine is 128 MB. Also check you manual to understand how to store your photos on the SD Card memory rather than the phone's internal memory. (Many phones have English manuals.)

There are other ways to get photos off your phone. And you may not even need a phone, if your digital camera can do this kind of closeup, or if you have a scanner. My main point was about using something that many of us already have, a phone with a closeup mode for barcode scanning.
