Enjoy the aging process with vigorous exercise.
The Buc Masters Swimming Team attends meets sponsored by the Japan Masters Swimming Federation. Unfortunately, due to the hectic an varied schedule of the Tokyo expatriate community, Buc Masters members workout in separate locations. Several members do however, workout with the age group team at early morning sessions. Morning workouts are held from 6:30 - 8:15. Saturday practices are announced at practice and depend on swim meet schedules and other events.
We're back for another season .... We've already swum the Setagaya-Ku Kumin meet, the Sakura Masters meet in Yokohama on Sept. 18th, and a few swam at the Yokohama Kokusai Tansuiro Meet on Oct. 23rd.
