                                   maximum of 3 individual events and 2 relay events per day.

No refunds will be made for scratches after Wednesday, March 4th. Late entries will not be accepted. Checks or money orders should be made out to the American Swim Council in Japan . U.S. dollars OK however, if paying by check only yen checks please. 

            ENTRY FEES: 600 yen per individual event and 1,000 yen per relay team entry.

Payment may be made in U.S. dollar equivalent. 

            AWARDS: Medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places, and Ribbons for 4th-8th places.

                                            Ribbons awarded for relays through 8th place.

High points Trophies will be awarded to the top 3 individual point

scorers in an age group. Team trophies will be awarded to the top 3

teams in combined scoring.

            SCORING:             The following point system will be used for individual events 1st - 20 points, 2nd - 17 points, 3rd – 16,
                                             4th - 15,   5^th – 14 , 6^th -13, 7th - 12,  8th - 11, 9th -  9, 10th - 7, 11th - 6, 12th - 5, 13th - 4, 14th - 3,
                                             15th - 2, 16th - 1.

                                             Relay points are scored as double through 8th place. Only one relay per team will be scored.
