Location
Governed as part of the Tokyo Metropolitan Area, Oshima is
the closest and largest island of the seven Izu islands.
A boat runs every day between Takeshiba (short walk from Hamamatsucho
station) and Oshima.
On sunny days, the island offers a great view of Mt. Fuji and
other mountains.
