Pick-up/Drop-off Information:

 

This will be the 4th year that we will be taking the Jet-sen departing Tokyo from

the Takeshiba pier near Hamamatsucho station. The boat leaves at 7:45 am on

(July 30 - Camp I), (August 6th - Camp II) and (August 12th - Camp III).

Years ago, we have taken the Tokai Kisen evening Ferry. It is our hope that the                                                                                 trip to Oshima will be less taxing as the Jet-sen only takes 1 hour and 45 minutes.

 

Campers have the option of meeting the group in two locations; either Jiyugaoka

or the Takeshiba pier.

 

The meeting time for Jiyugaoka will be 5:45 am outside the ticket gate at the

north exit.

 

The meeting time for campers going directly to the Takeshiba pier is 6:50 am.

Please indicate where you plan to meet the group.

On the return trip, the Tokai kisen boat will arrive in Tokyo at the Takeshiba

pier at approximately 5:00pm.

Does your son/daughter have any known medical conditions ? Are there any

other conditions we should be aware of ex. Asthma, food allergies, motion

Insurance: Izu-Oshima Summer Camp does carry ordinary travel insurance

for all campers during their stay in Oshima. We do however, feel that campers

should carry their own insurance as well. Izu-Oshima Summer Camp is not

 to be held liable for accidents. Please sign below if this is understood.
