The residential school that I run offers you a superbe experience to study Italian in an environment that is pleasantly quiet and beautiful. Velletri is situated in the heart of the Castelli Romani.

It is surrounded by hills and exquisite countryside. It is approximately half an hour drive to the centre of Roma, and 25 minutes to the coast of Anzio.

The Italian school Appia Vecchia, offers students the opportunity of a full immersion in the Italian language and culture. You will be living in the same Villa with your Professore, sharing every precious moment of Italian life while practising and learning the language.

The Villa is situated in 5000 sqm of land which consists of vineyards, gardens, olive trees and many types of fruit trees. There is also a bowls court (campo da bocce) and a table-tennis. Sleeping accomodation will be at Villa or the nearby Bed and breakfast, depending on the number of students. Rooms will be single or double (according to students needs) with shared facilities.

The Italian classes (2 to 4 students) will be for beginners, post beginners, intermediate and advanced levels. The courses will be very carefully tailored to meet student requirements. You will be studying Italian for 40-45 hours over a ten day period with students always at the same level. The group levels on the given dates are for indication purposes only. The dates will remain as stated, but the group levels will change according to the number of participating students and their requests.

All courses will include in the cost, airport transfers, accomodation, three meals per day (drinks with meals included) four to six hours tuition per day, Italian cooking lessons, two restaurant meals, excursions to Roma and surrounding areas. The price for a 10 day residential course for all levels is 1685 Euro, 1100 English pounds or 203,500 Japanese Yen. Flights are not included in the price.
