I'm not sure if the folks at Imin Kyoku have upset anyone at the Toei Mita sen but recently while using that subway (first time) from Otemachi station, I noticed that there was some advice on the steps for how to get to the immigratrion office. I don't know if this is irony, or just Engrish. Now while I'll admit that its hardly a modern place, its at least a well lit burrow, and the staff were friendly to me.

Even if the recommendation is by the back door....
