Welcome!/ Bienvenue!

Y
ou might wonder why I made and maintain a website regarding a company that doesn't exist anymore. At first it was to pay tribute to the
memory of friends, co-workers and passengers who died on July 11, 1991, so that they wouldn't be forgotten. It gradually became more because I think the story deserves to be told. And what a story!

In spite of all you'll read here - we had a LOT of fun while working and I'm sure most of us look back on those days fondly - with some obvious exceptions. It was a great job and I loved it.

Perhaps a good start to give you some background before starting is an article from "This Magazine".

Click here for newest information about Obadia and some Nx Links on the Web.

By the way, if you have any updates to information here, (or better quality pictures than those I've scrounged up) please let me know!

Corporate culture can always buy better press than mere employees.

This Nationair site is our side of the story.

Note: The Nationair Jeddah Crew Memorial in Toronto has been moved to a location at the GTAA's offices on Convair Drive. The tree and plaque can now be found on the right-hand side of the walkway leading to the front door of the building (the old Wardair office).
