The majority of my work experience has been in sales and customer
service.
That word - "Customer service" is tossed around
a lot these days, but a concept that few really practice.
When was the last time you encountered someone that appreciated
your patronage, much less thanked you for it?
I'm a firm believer in treating customers and clients the way
I like to be treated.
I have a Degree in Computer Science, and Programming. As a result,
I have considerable skills in Internet marketing, and perhaps
more computer literate than I'd like to be!
Before working in Real Estate, I worked for close to 10 years
in the airline industry. I then spent eight years working in
sales, marketing and Corporate website promotion in Japan, where
the customer is still king and high level of customer service
is beyond belief.
I'm also an Accredited Staging®
Professional. Staging®
