The way you live in your home, and the way we need to market and sell your property are two different things - this is important in TODAYS MARKET more than ever!

When you place your home on the market for sale it becomes a product. Similar to a product on the shelf at your local store, the product has features and benefits as well as pluses and minuses, and most importantly - competition. To compete with the competition in the marketplace you must be priced right and look better than the other products. Your home is no different, it is one of many homes for sale and you must present it, to the buyers, in the best possible light.

Staging® is the process of preparing any home for sale, regardless of price or location. Using a proven, professional set of guidelines your house is reviewed for compliance with preset standards, and any necessary modifications are made.

The cost of Staging® is usually a fraction of your first price reduction!

In the majority of work I do, Staging is done with personal belongings already in the home. In some cases such as vacant homes, there would be a charge for furniture rental, but Staged Homes usually sell faster, for better prices - saving you financing/mortgage costs.

I find most Buyers think that the asking price of a home is always $5,000-$10,000 more than what they're willing to accept.
