Backbending Workshop
with
David Roche
This Backbending Workshop is designed to give the serious yoga student a deeper understanding of the techniques involved in accomplishing the more advanced backarch asanas. Experience derived from this workshop may be applied to backarching sequences in Ashtanga yoga or other styles of Hatha Yoga. David's workskhops include the use of specific imagery to aid focus, incorporating the imagination to guide the investigation of anti-gravity areas of lift within the human body, thereby assisting the student in finding an efficient use of breath and a higher level of awareness, rhythm, balance and flow in the execution of asanas.
