SyllabusThis syllabus reflects changes made
necessary because of the delayed start to the 2011 Spring
Semester and the inclusion of topics related to the 11 March
earthquake, tsunami, and nuclear disaster. It supercedes
the unrevised syllabus that appears on the International
Center web site.

Handouts and Readings Archive - (Just Systems)
This is the primary archive for handouts and readings for
this course. With some exceptions, paper copies of handouts
and readings will NOT be distributed in class. It is
your responsibility to either read the materials online or
make your own paper copies for reading offline.
