The kids have taken to wrestling like kittens.
And like all kids they like to crawl under everything.
Uh-oh. Collision in the tunnel.

Takumi still loves to be tickled. Cassie isn't at all
ticklish, but usually laughs when you tickle her because she
thinks she should!

Working on the alphabet puzzle.

We went out for Chinese food to celebrate Cassie's
birthday.
Cassie loves secrets, but doesn't get the part where she is
supposed to whisper.
Takumi has to be limited to only toasting each person once
during a meal.
As always Cassie can find entertain anywhere.
Takumi loves Chinese dumplings. We came to this restaurant
in January for Chinese New Year. Takumi recognized it when
we pulled into the parking lot. Inside the restaurant he
tried to sit at the same table as last time!
Marin and I made the kids steering wheels out of an old
styrofoam cooler and lots and lots of duct tape. Here Takumi
is driving his fire engine and tooting the horn.
Cassie loves to lie down and pull a pillow over herself!
Takumi is not averse to it either.
And finally pool weather! The kids love the pool and can
entertain themselves for almost two hours while we weed and
do yard work. It's great. We also bought an old-fashioned
push lawnmower which is nice because we can mow the lawn
near the kids safely and we can also hear what the kids are
doing.
