At the door you can see a Lebanese flag and the cuisine is undoubtedly Lebanese. Why the restaurant itself is called Arabia, I don't know. The food is good and fairly typical: falafel, hummus, tabouleh, and so on. I didn't like so much the atmosphere (the walls are covered with weird implements of unknown use) and the bill, a little bit stiff for the modest dishes we got. But in Tokyo we have no choice: if you want Lebanese food, this is one of the few chances you have. Nonetheless, at least some of the same dishes can be had for much more reasonable prices, in greater amount and in a more pleasant setting for example at Shamaim, which is however no longer as good as it used to be. Why do I include Arabia? For completeness, I guess. Were it cheaper and portions less skimpy, it wouldn't be bad. You might like it. To find it, take Koen Dori in Shibuya towards NHK and Harajuku, and at the second main intersection turn right, then left at the second intersection. Arabia is immediately on the right hand side.
