The first time I read a review of Hitsujiya on a magazine, I loved the idea of getting a fill of lamb meat, so I ran to Yoyogi to my seat at Hitsujiya's table. Actually, Hitsujiya is a very amateurishly run restaurant that does not merit a second visit and probably not even a first. Can't figure out why it has not already gone bust.
