Supposedly Viennese Restaurant. I have been to Kleines Wien before, but I had the flu at the time and I honestly don't remember what it was like. Among my Austrian friends there are conflicting opinions. Nobody is outright enthusiastic about it, but some think it a fake for the Japanese, whereas others consider it OK.
