Leave the West exit. Follow the street opposite the station that runs parallel to the Sunshine Blvd shopping arcade. A couple of blocks down on your right you'll see signs for the restaurant.

If you are used to an Indian lunch being an uninspired buffet you will be pleasantly surprised with Shangri La. The lunch menu has sets ranging from 750 to 1100. All come with tea or coffee and your choice of rice or naan. The naan is made to order. It is huge and extremely good. Best I've had for plain naan in Tokyo. I usually get the Shangri La set (1100 yen). I have a healthy appetite and this is enough to leave me feeling uncomfortably full. It is worth getting this set, however, because it comes with some divine Tandoori chicken as well as some chicken Tikka. Both have to be among the best I've ever had. The tandoori marinade has a delightful tartness and acidity that tastes as if it has been finished off with fresh lime juice. This set also has three curries. The mutton is good. The vegetable curry is very nice (don't let those veggie curries at buffets prejudice you against trying this one). If they have saag I recommend it. The seafood curry is good as is the chicken. This set will also come with rice and a small "salad." For dinner, I tried the 1500 yen set. Including two curries, naan, salad, tandoori chicken, and a samosa. The first samosa I had here made my spine tinkle it was so good - filled with wonderful aroma of fresh cilantro (coriander). The second samosa was not nearly as good as the first but quite good as well. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant has a nice, new, and comfortable interior. They are always playing crazy sounding Indian/Nepalese pop which is will probably cause you to shake your head at least once during the meal in disbelief but it is relatively unobtrusive. A great place for lunch and not a bad choice for dinner, though I haven't explored this fully.
