Sicilia is supposedly the oldest restaurant in Tokyo. Founded by an Italian and his Japanese wife, it was continued by her alone after his passing. The atmosphere is OK and prices low, but I don't know what to think of the food. You get the usual spaghetti and the like, sort of unipressive things which do not tempt you to second visits. Young Japanese seem to like it, though, and it's always full.

Francesco's note:

Taken note of Sohan's negative opinion, I still want to eat there and judge by myself. I was At Sicilia briefly and the smells in the air were pleasant enough.

To go to Sicilia in Roppongi, just turn right from Almond on Roppongi Crossing. Sicilia is 20 meters away.
