Sukizuki has a long history and many years ago (at least 15) I almost had sex in its toilet (almost, because we were disturbed). Me and my girlfriend of the time liked it a lot because, although it's what the Japanese call an "akachochin" (red lantern, from the red oval lamps above the door), it's a little upmarket, the interior, with low lights and old wood paneling, is elegant and the food is very good. They had a weird food section, among whose pearls there was this dish consisting in fried bees. Tasted of honey. Well, Sukizuki is still going strong and its hokke is a must. There you can have all the beer and yakitori you want without having to deal with drunken students or old Japanese drinking with their boss. Give it a try.
