A sign near the entrance proclaims that this is the smallest Turkish restaurant in town. Topkapi is indeed as tiny as it claims to be, just a small room with a total of twenty seats, 12 of them around the same table. But it is comfortable and cozy, and food is as good as that at Asena or Bosphorus Hasan. I give it one star less just because the menu is much more limited, just a few dishes like Pide and Kebabs, and it is very busy, so that you have to fight for a seat. It isn't particularly cheap, either. Expect to spend at least 7000 yen for two people.
