T-Side has an interesting site, unfortunately only in Japanese. The menu is in English, though, so take a look.

The small town of Kamakura is so lucky to have what is without question one of the best Indian restaurants in this country. The head chef is a man from Madras with magic hands: all he touches turns to gold.
Its name, T.Side, doesn't do much to stimulate either one's fantasy or appetite, but believe me, there's nothing like it in Tokyo. (By the way, I asked what the name means, and the owner said "On the side of the tea garden". Go figure.)
First of all, it offers dishes from every corner of the Indian subcomtinent, Thukpa and Momo from Nepal, Chicken Karahi from Pakistan, Dosas from the South of India, and so on, all cooked by native cooks. (I asked if they understand each other when speaking their native languages, and they say that no, they don't. They communicate either in English or Japanese.)

Second, its menu is unrivaled also in terms of sheer number of dishes: for example, while the only Tokyo restaurant I know that has Dosas (Ajanta in Kojimachi) serves only one type, T.Side has three: Plain Dosa, Rava Dosa, and Masala Dosa.
So, the menu is a mile long and full of surprises: there's even a Chicken Biryani you must order at least two days in advance. So far, I have never been able to remember to make that important call. For a lover of Indian food like me, eating there is a pleasure I never tire of. If you go to Kamakura, don't miss it.
To close this review, I want to mention two pleasant surprises that await you after each meal at T-Side. The first is the lovely (and free) ginger tea the waitress will bring to your table after she sees you're through with the food.
The second is the bill: a maximum of 2500 yen on average for a wonderful meal.
