An English pub apparently housed in a former Aum quarter, it is worth a visit for the beer and the atmosphere. I haven't tried the food which, leaving aside the usual jokes about English cuisine, looks really attractive: I definitely want to try it. Personally speaking, I usually do not enjoy very much live music because usually it is of very dubious quality, but you might enjoy their concert nights. If you go, use the map and keep your eyes open, because What the Dickens has been expertly hidden. There is no sign on the street and you must either rely on the name of the building (Roob 6 Bldg.) or ask a gaijin passing by. He or she is almost certainly going or coming from there.
