Troop Meetings:
TUESDAY evenings, 1815-2000 (6:15 - 8:00 p.m.). Scouts in leadership positions are expected to be there by 1800 (6:00 p.m.); Service Patrol by 1800 (6:00 p.m.). Adult leaders are asked to be there as soon as possible, not later than 6:15 p.m.
PLC Meetings:
SPL will furnish a monthly schedule of the time and date for all monthly PLC meetings for the year to be given to all Scouts holding leadership positions in Troop 15. Additionally, a mini-PLC is held after each troop meeting, to review the meeting and to make sure things are in place for the next.
ASM Meetings:
Leader meetings are scheduled quarterly. Due to time constraints, e-mail or consultations during troop meetings and outings will be used outside of the quarterly meetings.
Monthly Troop Committee Meetings:
A schedule of monthly troop committee meetings for the year is sent out by the Troop Committee Chair.
Tokyo Zone and Monthly Leaders' Roundtable Meetings:
Held usually on the second Thursday of each month, at the L.D.S. Church Annex in Hiroo, 2000-2100. All Troop 15 Scout leaders (as well as Pack 15 Cub Scout leaders) and interested parents are welcome!!!! Japan District meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month at the New Sanno Hotel (Hiroo) or at other locations as announced.
