Since 1968 Pack 15 Cub Scouts have
been active at St. Mary’s. Our Pack year runs from September through early
June, although we also offer some summer activities for Cubs and their families
who will be in Tokyo during that time. Throughout the year, we have a program of
activities for boys in grades 1-5, including a Tiger Cubs program for first
grade boys. Activities at twice-monthly Den Meetings include crafts, skits, field trips,
songs, and many other things.
Initial Chartering of Pack 15 was by the B.S.A. in 1968. Our
chartered organization is St. Mary's International School, a Catholic boys'
school run by the Brothers of Christian Instruction, a worldwide religious
order. We are a B.S.A. unit, and follow B.S.A. practices. We are
part of the Boy Scouts of America Far East Council, located in the suburbs of
Tokyo.
