とにかくおいしいです。ちょっと不思議なのが、今まで飲んだ PORTER より、ずっと STOUT っぽいのです。 ビアマグ(ジョッキ)に注いだときの香りが、香ばしくてたまらなくいいです。 余談ですが、この会社 Redhook Ale Brewery は、自社のビールに "Redhook"とつけていますが、 さすがに黒ビールになったら、"BLACKhook" にしたようです。

This traditional London-style porter is colored and flavored with highly roasted black patent malt. Lively hoppong balanced the complex barley flavors. We microfilter our bottled beer instead of heat pasteurizing to ensure that you receive the beer in peak condition. Blackhook is best when fresh. As long as the beer has warmed up the aging accelarates. The beer is always fresh before the "best before" date. If refrigerated it will remain fresh for weeks after.
