ほどよい甘みと、決して酸っぱくはない柑橘系の味がします。以前飲んだ BLUE MOON BELGIAN WHITE ALE よりは、落ち着いた味わいです。においと共に、味も少し変わっていますが、しつこくなく、これはこれで、いけると思います。

This classic Belgian-style wheat beer was revived by renowned brewmaster, Pierre Celis in 1966. It gets its distinctive fruity flavor and light, refreshing taste from Texas winter wheat, Cascade and Willametter hops, coriander and orange peel. When chilled, it develops its signaure cloudiness. And it has a refreshing taste that balances spicy foods and goes well with chicken, fish, salads and delicate sauces.
