飲んだ感想等

特にこれと言った特別な感想はありません。ちょっと苦みが感じられ、そして他の ALE に見られるような独特の風味があります。 残念なのが、"best before" date を過ぎていたことです。冷蔵もされていませんでした。能書きにある状態で、その飲み方で味わえば、もう少しおいしいと感じるのかもしれません。

能書き

Unfilterd Redhook Hefe Weizen wheat ale contains live yeast which drafts to the bottom of the bottle. Many ale drinkers "relax the yeast" by laying the bottle on its side and gently rolling it to release the rich flavors backinto the ale. Others prefer to decant the ale for a subtler palate. In either case, we recommend refrigeration to maintain optimum quality and character.
