あまくて、すっぱい感じが、ビールを飲み込んだあとに口の中に「もわぁ〜」と広がります。強烈な味ですね。「能書き」によると、クランベリーとの味のバランスをとるために、メープルシロップを用いているようです。似たようなビールでは、Celis Raspberry を紹介してますが、これよりはましです。のどごしはいいので、好きな人にはたまらないビールかもしれません。

能書き

This Cranberry Lambic is our version of a traditional Belgian Lambic. Like all lambics, it is brewed with a unique top fermenting yeast, unmalted wheat, and malted barley. We use the taste of native American cranberries and a touch of pure maple syrup to balance the cranberry tartness. This is a special New England brew for the holidays. Cheers!
