I.P.A.s were traditionally brewed to mature while being shipped from Britain to India and were heavily hopped to stay fresh. In that spirit, Wild Goose I.P.A. is a crisp, clean ale with a long, hoppy finish. Cheers! 飲んだ感想等 どっしりしたホップの苦みが心地よく、能書きに書いてあるとおり、その苦みが、ビールを飲み込んだ後にも、上顎と喉に残ります。こういうビールは、基本的に好きです。
