Mr．Lipikorn Makaew has been painting mainly episodes from Jataka and Buddha’s life and motif in temples of northern Thailand, with the local folk style. He learned the traditional Buddhism scriptures of northern Thailand in his four years’ teenage life as a monk. So, his imagination of many works came from Lanna cultural origin in deep. He is also a great player of the traditional northern Thai harp, Pin Pia.
