Anja Light Anja Light Concert

Rain forest activist Anja Light has been coming to Fujino for the last ten years, giving concerts, participating in symposiums, and raising funds to oppose rain forest destruction around the world. Now living in Ecuador, Anja came back to Fujino two weeks ago and on June 12 gave a small concert beside the Sawai River. Accompanied by "Scan" Shishino (guitar) and Endô Yoshiharu on the Chinese kokyû, Anja presented a collection of slides from Ecuador with her songs, explaining and demonstrating the activities of the Rainforest Information Centre to which she gives her energies.
