Lake Sagami and Fujino Township

This photo was taken from a pedestrian overpass on the Chûô Expressway in Sagamiko Township, looking west toward Fujino; the Sagami River can faintly be seen entering Lake Sagami at the bridge Katsusebashi (at lower-middle left). Two "love hotels," the Queen Elizabeth and Hotel Royal lie at the left end of the bridge. The low mountains in the central background are in Fujino's Hizure district, while the neighboring town of Uenohara, Yamanashi Prefecture can faintly be seen in the far distance at right. Sagamiko station is located a few kilometers to the left of this photo.
