The Goetzes include: Tom, Hideko, Asher, and Heidi.
Tom serves as an Assistant Professor of English at Hokusei Gakuen University's Faculty of Social Welfare. He is an ordained Presbyterian Minister and is currently a member of the Milwaukee Presbytery. In addition to teaching he does student and young adult outreach. When time and interested people abound, he likes to go lead Habitat for Humanity Workcamps in the Philippines.
Hideko is a native of Sapporo and loves the weather. She is instrumental is keeping everyone in one piece, schedule wise. Through the home, she offers a ministry of hospitality, care and compassion.
Asher is eleven years old and attends a Japanese Primary School. He is in the sixth grade.
Heidi is eight years old and attends a Japanese Primary School. She is in the third grade.
We have been supporting the English Language Worship Services at the Hokkaido Christian Center, however, we have been known not only to bounce around to different churches, but rest as well.
Recently we took a family vacation to Guam where we went fishing for a day.
