Before purchasing a tea, we do extensive tasting using traditional materials. Here you can see brass scales and tea tasting bowls, as we taste Keemun Hao Ya samples.
Here is Paul shaking a deal with the manager of the Needwood Estate in Sri Lanka. Needwood is one of the few organic Ceylon teas, and we enjoyed a fascinating visit to the factory.
