Ceylon Dimbula Kenilworth, Campion, or Pettiagalla are classic high grown teas from Sri Lanka; bright copper colour and brisk flavour
Ceylon Uva is well known as one of the three "Princes of Tea"
Darjeeling Pussimbing Estate is one of the few fine Darjeelings that will take milk well. Pussimbing tea is organic and fair trade
