Castleton Estate has long been regarded as the most prestigious of all the teas in Darjeeling--occasionally equalled but never bettered. M&P's Tea has managed to obtain a small amount of this precious second flush tea, ideal for drinking in the afternoon or evening. Its Muscat designation signifies the famous fruity flavour typical of late second flush Darjeelings, and for which this estate is particularly famed.
Second flush teas are picked in early summer, and have a darker colour and somewhat greater strength than first flushes. Enjoy black or with just a dash of milk.
