There's nothing like a flash to highlight the fact that you've got big-time streaks on your glass. Ah well, at least I clean it. ;-) This is a counter we bought at Topos quite awhile back. It's the only surface in the apartment that is the correct height for standing up and preparing food. The cabinets are storing large pots and pans and bakeware as well as other appliances (hand mixer, ice cream maker, crockpot, mixer). Half of the top is coffee central. The espresso machine was 10,000 yen at Big One and works pretty well though the milk steamer is so anemic that I bought a foamer from Starbucks to use instead.
