How to reach us from Narita (New Tokyo) International Airport and elsewhere in Tokyo:

• Limousine bus to Takanawa Prince Hotel, then taxi to the Friends Center and Tokyo Meeting House

• Keisei Line to Aoto Station, then change trains to Keihin Kyuko Line or to the Toei Asakusa Line to Sengakuji Station (exit A3); then walk to Isarago intersection and take a right at the intersection; the Friends Center will be on the left

• Keisei Line to Nippori Station, then change trains to the JR Yamanote station for Tamachi Station, passing through Tokyo Station on your way to Tamachi.

• Anywhere on the circular, green train Yamanote line will eventually take you to Tamachi Station.  Many subways intersect this train line.

How to get from Tamachi Station to our Meeting House and Friends Center:

• Take the stairs up from the JR platform and go through the ticket wicket and out to the outside second story plaza.  Stay on the plaza and connecting pedestrian overpass to cross over Dai-ichi Keihin Road. 

• Go straight forward and down the stairs so that your back is to the station and you will reach a back side street at the base of the steps.

• Turn left and follow it for about three or four blocks passing a McDonald's on your left.  You will come to a busy street with a traffic light.   Cross the street at the pedestrian crossing and go straight. 

• You will see a Doutor's coffee shop on your left.  At that corner proceed forward and around to the left so you are facing an upward slope.

•   Walk for about 10 minutes.  You will see the Kuwaiti Embassy and the Friends School on your right and police box followed by a park on your left .   Keep going passing two stop lights at the top of the hill. 

• Just past the second stop light there will be a "Y" intersection with the smaller street leading to the right.  Take that right street and immediately you will find the entrance to the Friends Meeting House to your right.   Behind the Meeting House is the Friends Center situated behind a garden.
