As a World
War One Aircraft enthusiast this site gives me chance to show
you some of the aircraft that I have enjoyed studying and drawing.
Within these pages you can see some reproductions of my original
1/72nd scale five view prints reduced to half size.
Also on display are 1/48th scale drawings showing Port or Starboard
Side Profiles of Aircraft used in the five view prints.
I am also including some photos of my 1/72nd scale paper Aircraft
models.
The technique to construct the paper models took me about four
years to develop. I think you will be surprised at the finish,
most people at first glance, think that they are plastic models!
All my display prints contain five views of the aircraft, which
I am sure will be useful for model makers.
At present I'm working on illustrations of Japanese Imperial
Army and Navy aircraft from the 1914-1920 period. These should
be of interest to many people as there is not so much artwork
on these early Japanese aircraft available at this time.
All the work displayed is my own original artwork drawn on my
Macintosh!
To avoid copyright problems I have not included any of the supporting
photos on which the illustrations were based.
But almost all of my prints are based on data from at least one
or more photographs and on line drawings and reliable information.
However, new data is constantly being uncovered, so if any of
my drawings appear to be inaccurate I would appreciate your feedback,
and information, so that I can upgrade them.
Please
enjoy the aircraft !
