It prvides unlimited degrees of freedom for under-the-floor-wiring and cabling.

Floor elevation is only 40mm(1 5/8 inch) and yet the effective space for wiring and cabling is 32mm high.

It provides heavy-duty,levelled and stable subflooring.

The modules are made of light and firm gavanized steel plate.

It can be installed by quick,quiet and easy construction,without bolts or nails.

Unbelievably economical,lowpriced,long lasting and does not require skilled labour.

Applicable to all types of buildings,new and renovating,from a whole building to a single room.






As for Free40, the arrangement design and construction are easy and speedy because of the simple system composition.


General procedure.


Normally the site is first investigated and measured ,then the arrangement design and working plan is made.
The material is ordered and other special materials are made.


Measure the floor space to be subfloored.

Design a layout blueprint.

Prepare the neccessary modular components.

Smooth the foundation if neccessary.

Cover the floor with a cushion sheet.

Arrange the modules according to the layout blueprint simply placing with no bolts or nails.(Cabling and wiring could be done concurrently or after complete assembly.)

Lay a carpet,tile carpets or any coverings on the finished subfloor.Open the outlets.

The system is comprised of essentially three component, the base unit, channel plate and corner plate. The system is like a well-plotted town;wires and cables can freely crisscross the streets, under channel plates and corner plates. Outlets for the wires or cablescan open at every corner of the base unit, virtually at any points of the floor. The base unit provydes a firm and stable foundation able to support loads and impacts expected for subflooring.

Free40's system and composition are very simple.
The basic system is based on only 3 kinds of compornents (base unit , channel plate , corner plate).
Each component is tough but light.
The base unit is especialy soft designed with 36 legs which fits all bumps and curves of the floor and also, half units ( half size base units ) and 5 other parts makes it possible to simply and accurately fit all edges and corners.
More over other option parts are available atthe needs of the users.
One module is 500mmx500mm. It is designed for the base unit to be surrounded by channel plates and corner plate.
Though it is only 40mm high it secures cable space of 102.4 square meters per meter.
At the corner of the base unit 4OA taps (Matsushita Panasonic Electric Works Ltd. WFA6863 etc. ) can be completely installed.
Also a cable unit (option) which devides the floor electric outlets in 5 places can be prepared.

2 base parts and one surface board is put into one with a soft spacer sheet.
At the 8 corner shaped edges, the spacer sheet and base are exposed so that the corner plate and channel plate can be placed here.
Various wiring accessoried can easily be installed at the site.


Channel plate

It is a rectangular plate placed between 2 base units making a cable ditch of width of 100mm and 32mm high.
The cables can be easily put in and out just by sliding the plate.

Corner plate

It is placed the at intersection of the cables at the corner of 4 base units.
Since it is only placed on the corners it can easily be removed when replacing cables.
By bending and removing the 4 round corners you can take the cable of the OA tap placed at cornar of the base unit.
Below the corner plate is 4 base unit corners and can be fixed with an anchor plate.
