ACTPRO exists to further the professional ability, standing, and interests of those engaged in corporate training in English in Japan.

Mission:

To provide training and development for corporate trainers
To appraise regularly standard training methods and new ideas in the field
To provide professional support and guidance for corporate trainers
To provide business and social networking for corporate trainers
To provide employment news and related information for corporate trainers
To establish a professional code for those engaged in corporate training
To contribute to excellence in corporate training

Membership of ACTPRO is open to anyone who can show an active interest in the aims of the association. Members do not have to be currently employed in the field of corporate training, but do have to show an interest in the field, and be prepared to contribute time and effort to help the association achieve its mission.

Fees:

There are no specific membership fees. From time to time, members will be asked to defray the actual costs of such things as training, general administration of the association, publicity, etc, through voluntary donations.
