PODCAST NEWS - due to some technical
problems, we have been unable to load
complete Video Podcasts of the Sunday
morning services to the TUC Podcast page.
These issues stem from the large size of the
files so a decision has been made to make
available only the sermon portion of the
services in the future. If you have specific
requests for the video recording of a
particular worship service, please contact
the church office or Kazunori Higuchi on
tuc-facility@gol.com
Audio Podcasts of the sermons are unaffected
and will be available as usual from the
Podcast page. We have now caught up with
the Easter sermons but this should be
completed shortly. Thank you for your
patience! Contact the webmaster for any
questions on the Podcasts on tucweb@mac.com
POLO (Parents of Little Ones) is an
adult education Sunday morning class. We
welcome all parents - no matter how old your
little ones are. On Sunday 3rd Feb, we'll be
discussing "Christ Figures in Literature and
Film" and then embark on a series of studies
from the book of Ecclesiastes. Please join
us at 9.45am in the basement library.
JAVA CLASS
- What is fasting? Have you ever fasted? Is
it safe and healthy to fast? What does the
Bible say is the reward for fasting? Fasting
seems to be a lost art in the world of
contemporary spiritual disciplines. And yet
Jesus said “When you fast…” not “if you
fast…” Join us in JAVA as we look at
what the Bible has to say about it. JAVA is
an informal adult education community. We
meet at 9:45 am, on Sunday mornings on the
fourth floor of TUC. Everyone is welcome.
DREAMS. DREAMS. DREAMS. Quick! Who is
the person who had the most dreams recorded
in the Bible. What role do dreams play in
our walk with God. Does God still use dreams
to communicate with His people? How do you
know if your dream is from God. Come join
JAVA class as we explore this issue. JAVA is
an alternative adult education class. We
meet Sunday mornings from 9.45am on the 4th
floor. Everyone is welcome.
MUSICIANS, SINGERS, AND MUSIC RESOURCES

including a concertina/accordion player for
a tango hymn from Argentina. Contact Hisashi
Yukimoto at hisashiy2000@yahoo.co.jp or talk
to him at the 1F reception counter on Sunday
mornings.

the addition of Podcasts to help you!

ABOUT
KOINONIA
Due to the new Personal Information
Protection Law law which came into effect on
1st April 2005, we have had to remove the
link to the Koinonia archive since these
publications generally contain specific
information about people from our church. In
addition we will also be removing the
announcements section from the bulletins
from the downloadable bulletins in the
archive. If you would like to receive an
on-line pdf version of the latest Koinonia,
please send an email to
tucweb@mac.com and we will email the
file to you on return.
These changes are being made to comply with
the new legislation but also to protect
information from "outsiders" of the church.
