In conjunction with Evangelism, through worship, fellowship, and Christian witness, this team invites newcomers and friends to become full members of TUC. Key responsibilities for this team are organizing new member orientation classes and providing the Church Office and Assimilation and Communication Elders with the names and personal data for new members.

Key positions in this ministry team are Elder, Assistant, Photographer, and Coordinators for Name Tags and the Photo Board.
